Компанія була заснова 08 листопада 2000 року, та мала іншу назву ТОВ “СВІТЛОСЕРВІС”, згодом компанію було перейменовано у ТОВ Світлотехнічна компанія “СВІТЛОЦЕНТЕР”. Основним напрямком роботи були виключно електромонтажні роботи з спеціалізацією у освітленні. Зчасом створення систем освітлення стає основним напрямком. 

   З перших років існування компанія виконувала цікаві але надважкі проекти. Так у 2002 році реалізовано проект, що передбачав влаштування електричної мережі та автоматизації, систем оповіщення та сигналізування, системи зовнішнього та внутрішнього освітлення нової залізничної станції у Миколаївській області. У цьому ж році виконано монтаж систем освітлення та електромережі у Бар-бистро Альяна у м. Миколаїв. Розроблено та змонтовано систему архітекторного освітлення фасаду будівлі Будинку Вчителя у Миколаєві та будівлі Миколаївської обласної прокуратури. На власних потужностях виготовлено логотип у офіс Транспортної компанії Міконт а також для офісу компанії АЗС ANP

In 2000-2005, many projects were implemented that are familiar to every resident of Mykolaiv:

• Illuminated near the Mykolaiv Zoo Mowgli and Baghir, as well as the monument to the founder of the Mykolaiv Zoo Mykola Pavlovich Leontovych
• Architectural and facade lighting of the facades of the "Pioneer" cinema building has been arranged
• Architectural lighting of the facades of the building of Mykolaiv central registry office (registry office) on the street. Lyagin
• Illumination of the facades of the building of PJSC "UkrSotsBank"
• External and internal lighting of the restaurant "DIXIE BBQ"
• Exterior lighting of the Horozhanyn restaurant

During the first 5 years of its existence, STK "SVITLOCENTER" LLC successfully implemented more than 200 projects, many of which have been operating for 20 years.

2006 року ТОВ СТК “СВІТЛОЦЕНТЕР” отримує державну ліценцію та відкриває власну лабораторію електричних вимірювань. У цьому ж році відкрито перший магазин освітлювального обладнання по вул. Декабристів 40/5 – окремий шоурум де представлені відомі світові бренди виробників освітлення та електротехніки, професійний персонал компанії, що радо готовий допомогти клієнту та широкий перелік послуг – все це ноу-хау для Миколаєва 2000 років.

In 2008, the "Pysanka" art object was created. This is the first light installation made by the efforts of Svitlo Center employees. The hours and days of painstaking work did not go in vain - the installation was awarded an award and solemnly handed over to the Chernivtsi region for installation.

In 2006-2010, more than 250 projects were implemented. Some of them have been visited daily by residents and guests of Mykolaiv for many years:

• Arrangement and installation of the outdoor lighting system of the shopping center CITY CENTER in Mykolaiv
• Installation of the power supply system and power grid, as well as the internal lighting system of the new "Multiplex" cinema
• The exterior lighting of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy was created
• Exterior lighting at Rushanna Cafe
• Illumination of the facades of the "UkrPromBank" building
• External lighting of the Pulsar-Yug Laser Center
• External lighting of the Pilot Poker Club
• and many other private orders

In connection with the increase in the level of unfair competitionin the field of lighting and the economic downturn in Ukraine in general, in 2011 the company diversified its main areas of work. Management closes unprofitable areas and instead opens new ones.

   Так, у 2011 році компанія починає співпрацювти з виробниками у м. Шеньчжень, Китай. Однією з перших у Миколаївській області розпочинає використовувати у своїй роботі новітню, на той час, технологію світлодіодного освітлення. Значно розширює асортимент освітлювальних приладів. Створено новий бренд LEDimpex, а вже у 2012 році бренд UKRlight. Започатковано перше власне виробництво офісних світлодіодних світильників, першу партію яких було змонтовано у Готельно-ресторанному комплексі “Олександрівський”.

In 2014, more than 2,000 units of lighting devices of our own production were delivered to TD "TsUM" in the city of Poltava. In the same year, the Svitlo Center company arranges architectural lighting for the facades of the building of the Mykolaiv City Council.

In 2014, an important year for all of Ukraine, in cooperation with other companies, a small chain of interior design stores DENMAR and INTERIO was opened.
